    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? + -
    In order to offer service you deserve we invite you register with us by providing name, email address. However you will be able to shop on out online store without having registered with us. Please make sure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
    CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER? + -

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.  This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. If you would like to amend or cancel your order before you have received your shipment confirmation, you must contact Client support Team as soon as possible by email [email protected]. Once you have received your shipment confirmation It will be too late to prevent the product from being dispatched to you.

    HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS? + -

    Payment shall be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (being VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal or Amori D’Oro Gift Card.

    WHERE IS THE SHOPPING BAG OF MY ORDER? + -

    Your shopping bag is located at the top right-hand corner of the home page. When you click on “My shopping bag”, you will be directed to a detailed summary of your shopping bag.

    HOW DO I ADD ARTICLES TO MY SHOPPING BAG? + -

    Click on the items that you like to be automatically directed to their specific product page, where you can select the products. Once you have made your selection, click the button “Add to shopping bag” and the article will be automatically added to your shopping bag. You can then finalise your order by identifying yourself and following the prompts.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCEPTED? + -

    After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, you will receive by email an Order Receipt Confirmation. If your order is not accepted Amori D’Oro will inform you via email, and if any payment has already been taken you will be reinmbursed in full for any sums paid to Amori D’Oro for that order.

    WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED FROM MY PARCEL? + -

    WHICH ARTICLES ORDERED CAN BE RETURNED? + -

    All the products can be returned within 15 days of except sale items. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging.  All products must be returned having the security label on it.  They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, without our security label or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
